Do I need advertising rights?
Advertising Rights are required for paid advertising, broadcast TV, radio, or promotional campaigns. They are not needed for internal communications, training, onboarding, or informational business content.
When will my order be delivered?
Scripts up to 750 words are delivered within 48 hours. Larger projects may require additional time, which I’ll confirm in advance. If you need guaranteed 24-hour delivery, please add Extra Fast: 1 Day Delivery (available for scripts up to 400 words).
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included for any recording errors or performance adjustments. Script changes or new material requested after delivery may require an additional fee.
What audio format do you deliver?
Files are delivered as high-quality audio in the format you need.
Can you deliver multiple files?
Standard delivery includes one audio file. If you need multiple files, please add the Split Files gig extra. Split Files are provided in groups of up to 5 files per extra.
Are there scripts you won't record?
I do not record content that includes hate speech, harassment, or scam-related material. I reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside these guidelines.
What about pronunciation?
If your script includes names, technical terms, or words with specific or unusual pronunciations, please provide phonetic spelling or a short audio reference when possible. This helps ensure accuracy and avoids delays.
