Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. I prefer working with CSV or Excel exports, so you do not need to share your Shopify password or admin access. If access is genuinely required for a custom project, we can discuss the minimum read-only permissions first.
What data should I provide?
Please provide a Shopify sales or order export with the date range, product or SKU, quantity, revenue, discounts, refunds, and order status. For deeper profitability analysis, include COGS, shipping, fulfillment, payment fees, and advertising cost data when available.
Can you calculate my true profit?
I can analyze reported or estimated contribution profitability when the necessary cost fields are available. If important costs are missing, I will clearly state the assumptions and will not present revenue as accounting-grade net profit.
Will I receive a dashboard?
The Standard package includes a visual profitability report. The Premium package includes a limited interactive decision dashboard based on the clean data file you provide. Live Shopify connections, API integration, automated refresh, hosting, and ongoing maintenance are not included.
Can you analyze discounts, refunds, shipping, and fees?
Yes, when these fields are included and clearly defined in your data. I can review their potential impact on product contribution and identify possible margin pressure or profit leaks.
Do you guarantee profit improvement?
No. I provide evidence-based analysis, clear assumptions, and prioritized recommendations. Actual business results depend on implementation, pricing, products, traffic, market conditions, data quality, and other factors outside the report.
Do you also make changes to my Shopify store or ads?
No. This Gig is for data analysis, profitability insights, reporting, and recommendations. Shopify development, website changes, ad management, bookkeeping, tax advice, and implementation are not included, but they may be discussed through a separate custom offer.
What happens if my data is incomplete?
I will review the available fields, explain the limitations, and adjust the analysis accordingly. If the data is not sufficient for the selected package, I will contact you before starting the main analysis so we can clarify the scope.
