About this Gig
Most students revise chemistry from Chapter 1 to the end and run out of time. I do it differently.
My plan uses an analysis of 1,695 Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry (0620) questions from 2022 to 2026, which ranks every chapter by the share of marks it has carried. Organic Chemistry: 18.2%. Atoms, Elements and Compounds: 15.8%. Chemical Reactions: 13.5%. Some chapters carry six times the marks of others.
How it works:
Step 1, diagnostic test: your child takes a short test across the syllabus.
Step 2, ranked plan: I build a week-by-week plan, ordered by marks share and by the weak topics the test shows.
Step 3, one-to-one lessons: live online lessons that follow the plan, biggest and weakest chapters first.
Step 4, weekly report: scores, weakest topics and next week's plan, sent to the parent every week.

The ranking shows what past papers have tested most. It is a guide for where to spend time, not a prediction of any exam. I do not complete homework, assignments or exams for students.

How do you know which chapters carry the most marks?
The plan uses a count of the marks in 1,695 past-paper questions from 2022 to 2026, chapter by chapter. It shows what has been tested most; it is not a prediction.
How are lessons held?
Live and one-to-one, on a video call arranged through Fiverr at a time we agree.
What is in the weekly report?
The week's test scores, the chapters covered, the weakest topics and the plan for next week. It is sent through the Fiverr order.
The exam is in less than a month. Can you still help?

Do you complete homework or assignments?
No. This is tutoring only. I teach, set practice and give feedback; the student does their own school work and exams.
