I will train you remotely 1 on 1

I am offering the opportunity for affordable remote personal training sessions over zoom. I am a certified personal trainer with many years of experience. We can use whatever equipment you have at your disposal. If you do not have fitness equipment we can use bodyweight exercises. I have made great strides myself, as well as with clients using strictly bodyweight. I will also offer you nutrition advice and hold you accountable. I will motivate you in a way that works for you. I have experience working with many different personalities, and experience levels, I have a knack for bringing out the best in people. If you choose to work with me, I will make myself available to you for questions about fitness and nutrition outside of our sessions. This is my passion, and I am looking to help anyone who is willing to put in the hard work. Thank you, let's train!
