Yes! I can work from most photos. For the best results, please send a clear, high resolution image with good lighting and visible facial details.
What if my photo is old or blurry?
I can improve minor issues, but the quality of the final portrait depends on the reference photo. Feel free to message me first if you're unsure.
Do you draw more than one person?
Yes! I can draw couples, families, or groups. Simply select the Additional Figure extra or contact me for a custom offer.
Will I receive the original artwork?
Yes. The original hand-drawn artwork can be shipped to your address upon request. Shipping costs are not included in the package price.
Can you include a custom background or add/remove objects?
Yes. Simple or detailed backgrounds and minor edits can be added. Please contact me before ordering if you have special requests.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! If your project doesn't fit any of my packages, send me a message and I'll create a custom offer for you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the courier service. I'll provide an estimated delivery time once your portrait is completed and ready to ship.
Can I request changes after the portrait is finished?
No. Revisions are only available during the sketching stage. Once the sketch is approved and I begin the final charcoal and graphite rendering, no further changes can be made. Please review the sketch carefully before giving your approval.
