Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your store URL, exact error, reproduction steps and recent changes. I will assess whether a package fits before you order.
Will you test the checkout after the fix?
I test the affected cart and checkout steps. Supported gateway sandbox tests need suitable access and your approval. Live transactions or refunds require explicit permission. Delivery will state the checks actually completed.
Can you fix payment-provider restrictions?
I can inspect supported plugin settings and technical errors. Provider account approval, unavailable payment methods, provider outages and account restrictions may require the provider to act.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress account and relevant staging or log access, depending on the issue. Keep a recoverable backup. Do not send banking logins, card details or unnecessary customer exports.
Are custom gateways and paid plugins included?
I can install/configure Pro plugins where my license permits client use. Any separate license, updates or renewal costs are agreed first. Custom gateway development and store rebuilds require separate scope.
What counts as a revision?
One round of adjustments to the agreed repair. Corrections to my agreed work are included. New issues, new features or a changed scope require a separate quote.
