FAQ
Will my child actually appear in the animation?
Yes! Your child will appear in personalized animated scenes and interact with the characters as part of the birthday story.
Can I include a personalized birthday message?
Yes! Standard includes up to 15 words, and Premium includes up to 25 words. Basic includes a standard birthday greeting.
What kind of photo should I provide?
Please provide a clear, well-lit photo with your child's face fully visible. A full-body photo is preferred. Avoid filters, sunglasses, or blurry images.
Will my child wear the same clothes as in the photo?
Not necessarily. Your child's outfit may change to match different animated scenes. I aim to preserve their recognizable facial features and hairstyle throughout the video.
Does my child speak in the video?
No. Your child appears visually in the animation, interacting with the characters through natural movements and expressions. Your child does not speak.
What counts as an interactive scene?
An interactive scene is a segment featuring your child within the animated birthday story, either appearing alone or alongside animated characters. The number of personalized scenes depends on your chosen package.
Can I customize the storyline or characters?
Each package follows a pre-designed birthday storyline, as shown in its sample video. Personalization includes your child's appearance, name, and a custom birthday message where included. Custom storylines or additional characters are not included.
Will my child look exactly like their photo?
AI-generated appearances may have minor differences from the reference photo. While I aim to maintain a recognizable likeness, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Please review the samples before ordering if precise facial accuracy is essential to you.
