Will you help me with a business plan?
Sure! I have some basic templates that I can share with you included in any paid gig. I can also give you advice and point you to some great resources. Or, you can purchase our DIY toolkit at https://www.fiverr.com/s/akv5A1N
Will you give me notes, plans, documents as part of our session?
Absolutely. I will takes notes on your business and provide you with a write up of recommendations if you wish. I will also provide resources, templates, plans, anything that I own I am happy to share with a client.
Are you sure that you can help me?
I believe that just having an independent, experienced third party listen to your idea and ask questions provides value. Be warned, you may not like what I have to say but your Grandmother or friend may not be the best person to advise you. You will always get brutal honesty from me.
How do I schedule my session(s)?
After your purchase, I share my Calendly link with you so you can pick a day and time that works for you. A calendar invitation with the Zoom link in it is automatically sent to you for confirmation.
How will we meet?
I prefer to meet over zoom and a link will be included in our scheduled sessions. However, I am happy to meet over the phone or other conferencing platforms if you prefer.
What happens if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Notify me within 24 hours and we can reschedule the session at no additional fee. If you don't notify me and you miss our meeting (you "ghost" me), there is no refund. I respect your time so please respect mine. Time is money for a coach. Thank you. (FYI, I wait 15 minutes before signing out.)
Will you sign an NDA?
Sure, send it over so I can take a look and happy to sign it! As long as we are talking a standard NDA, I have no objections to this. I even have an NDA template that I provide to clients at their request (no charge) if you don't already have one.
Do you need anything before hand?
he more information I have prior to our coaching session, the better, but with so many clients I cannot take hours of reading to prepare for a single 30 minute session. Send me a business plan, your existing website, questions that you want addressed or other materials and I would be happy to look.
