What format are the templates in?
I deliver them in MS word but can convert them to Google Doc or .pdf if you prefer.

No, these are not legal documents and I am not a lawyer.
Why do I need SOP's?
State licensing requires documentation detailing every step of interaction with any Cannabis product: cultivation, distribution and retail process with a heavy focus on product security and inventory control. SOP's are also used to train staff and hold them accountable for day to day functions.
What if I do not like the templates
The templates are non-refundable. They are fully customizable so you can change them however you would like to suit your needs. The Premium gigs, however, is specifically crafted for your company and you are paying for the privilege of full customization.
My state is requiring an "Operations Plan" in my application. Can you provide that?
Yes. The license agents are usually looking for a collection of SOP's which make up the "Operations" or "Operating" plan. All of the SOP's put together ARE your operations plan.
