How will you get the information you need?
Phone and zoom calls seem to work best but you can send me your process in writing or even record a video to SHOW me the process via a service or application such as Loom or prezi.
What format will you use?
I can use any format you desire if provided. If not format is specified or provided, I will use the standard SOP format that I have used for many clients.
How long does it take you to document a process?
I can usually write 1 page in 30 minutes. Complex processes that require images or process flows can take longer.
Will you provide custom formatting?
Of course! I prefer to use my clients logo's, color schemes and font size to their specifications. However, this is not required if you just want a plain and simple document.
Can you include photos and screen shots in your documents?
Absolutely, it is preferred. Some people are reading learners and others are visual learners. I find that by providing both text AND images, not only do you satisfy anyone's learning style, but they compliment each other and consumers of the document retain the information better.
How is the process organized?
We begin with outlining the scope and requirements of the project. Then, we will work with you to conduct a risk assessment and gain awareness of your IT Infrastructure and current cyber security position. We then develop SOP's to accurately reflect your practices.
