A: One issue you can reproduce, like an error message, a crash, or something that behaves wrong. If you have several problems, pick the Standard or Full Debug package.
Q: What do you need from me to get started?
A: Repo access or a code sample I can run, the exact error message or a screenshot, and the steps to reproduce the problem. The clearer this is, the faster I can fix it.
Q: Which technologies do you work with?
A: React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. If your app uses something else, message me before ordering.
Q: What if you can't fix my bug?
A: I'll tell you early, before the delivery date, so you don't waste your time. You can then cancel the order.
Q: Is my code safe with you?
A: I only use your code to fix the problem you ordered. I won't share it or reuse it. Remove any passwords, API keys, or private data before sending it.
Q: Do you deploy the fix to my live server?
A: No. I send you the fixed code and a short note on what changed. You deploy it yourself.
