What do I need to provide to get started?
I’ll need a brief overview of your business, current results, and any relevant documents (existing plans, pitch decks, etc.). After purchase, I’ll send a short questionnaire to guide you through the process.
Do you offer help implementing the plan as well?
This gig focuses on creating the strategic plan only, but I do offer ongoing support for implementation, project planning, and executive coaching. Contact me for a custom offer if you'd like ongoing help.
How is this different from a business plan?
A business plan is typically used to pitch investors or lenders. A strategic plan is an internal roadmap focused on setting priorities, aligning the team, and guiding day-to-day decision-making over the next 12 months.
Will I be able to edit and reuse the plan in the future?
Yes! You’ll receive an editable document (Word or Google Docs), so you can revise the plan as your business evolves. I also offer update services if you need help revisiting your strategy down the line.
