Your Shopify import failed and the error log isn't telling you much.
Usually it's the same handful of things: handles that don't match across variant rows, a stray comma inside a title, option values that changed spelling halfway down the file, image URLs that 404, duplicate SKUs, or prices stored as text.

What files can I send?
You can send CSV or XLSX files. Include your Shopify export template or import error message when available.
Will you log in to my Shopify store?
Standard packages are file-based and do not require store access. Never send your password.
Can you guarantee Shopify will import the file without errors?
No. Import results depend on store settings, apps, templates and source data. I provide a reviewed file and flag issues needing buyer input.
Do you work with product variants?
Yes, for standard products and simple variants. Contact me first for complex option combinations, bundles or unusual inventory rules.
What happens when product information is missing?
I flag missing or conflicting information instead of inventing product facts. You can provide the correct values during revision.
Can you handle more than 300 rows or multiple files?
Yes, after reviewing the files. I will provide a custom quote based on row count, variant complexity and fields needing correction.
My import fails with an error message. Can you just fix that?
Yes. Send the file and a screenshot of the error. If it comes down to one or two causes, the Basic package covers it.
Can you turn a supplier spreadsheet into a Shopify CSV?
Yes, if it has the product data. Send a sample and I'll confirm the package before you order.
