Do I need to give you SSH/login access to my server?
Not necessarily! If you prefer to keep your server private, I can write and test the script on my own secure Linux environment. I will then send you the completed .sh file along with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to safely upload and run it yourself.
I want the script to run automatically every night. Can you do that?
Yes! I can set up a "Cron job" for you. I will provide the exact command you need to copy and paste into your terminal so the script runs exactly when you want it to (e.g., daily at midnight, or every 5 minutes), completely hands-off.
Will your scripts work on Windows or Mac?
My scripts are natively designed for Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, etc.) and macOS terminals. If you are using Windows, you can still run my scripts if you have WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) or Git Bash installed.
