What do I need to send?
A list of people with their names, job titles, and who each person reports to. You can send a spreadsheet, document, typed list, PDF, photo of a sketch, or an existing chart.
I don't have a spreadsheet. Is that okay?
Yes. Send the information in whatever practical format you have. I'll organize it and ask you about anything that's unclear before building the chart.
What does the data check include?
I check your information for missing managers, unclear names, duplicate entries, inconsistent titles, and reporting-line issues. I check the chart against what you provide; I don't independently verify your company's structure.
Can I edit the org chart later?
Yes. Every package includes an editable PowerPoint file, so you can update names, titles, departments, and other chart information later.
What counts as one person or data point?
Each position box on the organizational chart counts as one person/data point. Vacant positions also count as one box.
What if my team is larger than my package?
You can add additional people using the available Gig extra. For larger organizations or special layouts, please contact me for a custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one round of changes to names, titles, reporting lines, colors, or your selected style within the original order scope. If I make an error that doesn't match the information you provided, I'll correct it without counting it as a revision.
Can you add employee photos?
Yes. Employee photos are available as a Gig extra. Please provide clearly labeled photos so each image can be matched to the correct person.
