Bulk PDF Redaction Remove Sensitive Words & Logos, Fast
Need to hide sensitive words, names, or brand marks across dozens/hundreds of files without opening each one by hand? That's what I do.
What I do:
- Permanently delete specific words/phrases from your files (not just a black box the text is truly removed)
- Optionally mask recurring brand images, even if size/position varies
- Process many files in one batch
- Deliver a verification report showing what was masked
How it works:
Clear-cut matches are masked right away. Anything ambiguous (a word possibly part of another word, an uncertain image match) is flagged, not guessed. On Standard/Premium, I also personally double-check every unclear case before delivery. On Basic, you get the report so you can quickly confirm the same cases yourself.
Limits:
- Basic: 25 files, 125 pages, 5 words/expressions
- Standard: 50 files, 250 pages, 10 words/expressions, 1 images/logos
- Premium: 200 files, 1000 pages, 20 words/expressions, 3 images/logos

Does this work on scanned PDFs or photos of documents?
No — only PDFs with real, selectable text. If you can highlight/copy the text in a PDF reader, it will work. Scanned images or photos don't have a text layer to search, so words can't be easily found. Message me first if you're unsure which type your files are.
How confidential is my data? Will you keep my files?
Your files are only used to complete your order and are not shared, reused, or kept longer than necessary for delivery and revisions. If your documents contain highly sensitive information, feel free to message me beforehand with any specific handling requirements.
What if I have more files, pages, or words than the package limit?
Message me before ordering with your actual volume and I'll send you a custom offer at a fair price — please don't place an order that exceeds the listed limits, as it may cause delays.
Can you replace a word with different text instead of just removing it?
Not with this service — I permanently delete/mask the specified words and logos, I don't insert new text in their place. If you need find-and-replace instead of find-and-remove, message me before ordering so I can confirm if that's possible as a custom job.
How do I know the masking actually worked and nothing was missed?
Every order includes a verification report showing exactly what was found and masked, file by file. On Standard and Premium, I also personally double-check every uncertain case before delivery.
What file format will I receive?
You'll receive your files back as PDFs, in the same structure you sent them, with the specified words/logos masked.
Do you support Word or PowerPoint files?
Not currently — this service is PDF-only. Message me if you have a Word/PowerPoint need and I can let you know if/when that becomes available.
