GROUP 3: Main coiling mandrel & cylindrical measurement template.

GROUP 4: Mobile high-torque end-twisting carriage for mechanical locking.

GROUP 5: Automated product transfer & vertical stacking shaft system.

Coiling Mandrel: 3.0 kW Heavy-Duty 6-Pole AC Motor

Feeding & Twisting: 3.0 kW High-Inertia AC Servos with 40:1 Planetary Gearboxes
