If we make an error in your script or directions, we can provide a free correction of the specific problem. However, opinion-based requests, like “do it again but slower,” or "Please try it with this tone or changing in script,” come with a separate charge. But we will happily provide a discount! :)

Subtitles are NOT included in the cost, but message us before ordering and we can discuss possible custom pricing. This will depend on the length of your script. :) They will be written in English and featured on the screen at the bottom of the video.

Any special requests outside of simply speaking your message on the screen with the extras above will need to be discussed BEFORE an order is placed. :) A custom quote would need to be provided to accommodate the complexities of your request.

If your script is over 400 words, the short answer is no. :) We will need to at least include some jump cuts to give our actress time to take a breath or regroup. But for anything less than that, you can purchase a request to film it all in one take. Otherwise, the cuts are included by default. :)
