For this gig I am offering photorealistic and professional 3D modeling for existing or non existing floor plans. The basic package allows those persons who would like house plans to get house plans for 3D drawing, and those who have an existing house plan to get 3D rendered models for their drawing/s. The other two packages provide 3D modeling and floor plan with or without 2D views, depending on your needs and the package you choose. I also provide an architectural design board depending on the order.
