I will generate exclusive mortgage appointment leads

While we generate leads nationwide, some states are unavailable due to low leads in our inventory. It is mandatory to check availability of your licensed state before placing an order.

Correct. Leads are not sold to multiple buyers at a time like many other providers. You are the only one to get the lead in Real Time.

Currently we only have leads available in the batch of 5. Once you get a few orders going and like our leads, we can work out a more consistent lead flow and volume.

The filters and values are based on the information provided by the prospect. Therefore the home value, loan amount, credit score, income, etc is to the best estimate from the homeowner and may fluctuate when you actually get a mortgage statement or run their credit.

All leads meet the filters as mentioned above and a call recording is provided to validate the lead. If the prospect says from the beginning of the call that he is not interested when you follow up, I will gladly replace the lead.

The lead conversion depends on company to company as there are other factors that effect conversion such as rate offered, closing costs involved, skills of the Loan Office, reputation and credentials of the company, etc.

The leads will be generated Monday to Saturday with appointment times between 10 AM to 6 PM.

We call on our aged mortgage lists, prospects that have inquired in the past for a refinance/purchase, and ask if they are still in the market to do so.

There will be some prospects that do not answer your call at the time set as appointment. While we make very solid appointments, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that they will keep it. You may need to call them a few times or simply ask us to try them once or twice to reschedule.
