About this Gig

I will prepare a structured Primavera P6 construction baseline for a small project or defined work package, covering up to 75 activities.

Included: project-specific WBS, activity durations, logical sequencing, engineering and procurement interfaces, construction milestones, critical-path review, PDF programme and native P6 XER. One revision within the agreed scope.

Please provide the scope/BOQ, drawings or work packages, contractual milestones, start date, working calendar, sequencing constraints and available duration/productivity assumptions. Missing information will be clarified before preparation.
