I will update one existing Primavera P6 construction schedule at an agreed data date using your verified progress records.

Basic scope: up to 150 activities and one update cycle, milestone variance review, updated P6 XER, Excel activity export and a concise PDF progress summary. One revision within the original scope. Delivery: 4 days after complete inputs are provided through the order requirements.

Required inputs: current XER, approved baseline, previous update, calendars, data date, actual starts/finishes, progress quantities and remaining durations. Missing records and assumptions will be clarified before updating.

This service excludes new baseline development, site measurement, repeated reporting cycles, formal delay/EOT claims and guaranteed recovery. S-curves, earned-value analysis, resource charts and dashboards require separately agreed scope and supporting data. Larger schedules need a custom quotation.
