FAQ
What File formats do you provide?
3D - STL, STEP, IGES, sldprt, sldasm, obj, etc. 2D - PDF, DWG, DXF, slddrw, etc.
Which package suits my requirements?
Message me prior to ordering so that we can discuss your requirements in detail. Once we are on the same page with the design and requirements, I can then send you your desired package.
Why is there a price change in the packages ?
Some designs are more complex than others while some are more detailed than others. In order to complete them, addition time is required such as in the case of product rendering and animation.
Our Idea/Design is confidential, are you ready to sign an NDA?
I have no issues with agreeing to an NDA. I believe in privacy, keeping your idea/design confidential as well as the complete ownership of the idea/design will remain with you.
Do you provide after sales support ?
Absolutely. Need any tweaks or changes to the design, just message me with the details and I will be more than happy to revise the design.
