About this Gig
Are you a busy Energy Assessor or Director spending too much time on geometry tracing and data entry?
I provide reliable, high-accuracy backend NatHERS modeling support using HERO software for single residential dwellings. My goal is to handle the time-consuming setup so you can focus on high-level compliance review, NCC 2022 strategy, and client consulting.
Having managed and conducted rigorous file audits myself, I know exactly what a clean, error-free .hero file looks like. I don't just trace lines; I understand the nuances of climate zone caps, thermal zoning logic, and strict compliance documentation.
What this gig delivers:
Clean and accurate geometry setup from your architectural CAD/PDF plans.
Correct thermal zoning and adjacency designations.
Complete window and door entry (incorporating shading, and orientations).
A fully organized, native .hero file ready for your final review and certification.
Let me be your scalable backend team. Send me a message with your plans, and let's get started! (Extra benefits for long term contracts/huge volume projects)

FAQ
What are the documents required?
1. Please attach the complete architectural plans (Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Site Plan) in PDF format. 2. Please provide the exact project address and target Climate Zone.
Are there any specific baseline construction materials or default assumptions your firm prefers me to use for the initial setup?
If so. Please provide.
Will you communicate directly with my client or the architect?
No, this is strictly a white-label, B2B backend service. I act as your silent technical partner. All communication stays strictly between you and me.
Do you provide the final NatHERS certificate?
No. This gig is designed for accredited assessors who need backend support. I provide the completed .hero file for you to review, finalize, and stamp under your own accreditation.
