I will provide dedicated hero modeler on a monthly retainer 30 hrs per week basis

You will receive a weekly summary report breaking down exact time spent per project address, ensuring 100% transparency.

If you experience an unexpected surge in volume, we can seamlessly add additional modeling hours via a Fiverr Custom Offer billed at my standard rate of $25 USD/hour, subject to schedule availability.

Retainers reserve dedicated, exclusive calendar capacity for your firm. Hours do not roll over from month to month. However, unused hours in any week can be immediately directed toward secondary tasks such as material optimization testing, auditing older files, or pre-setting templates.

Absolutely not. This is a 100% white-label, back-office support service. I act solely as your silent technical partner. All communication remains strictly between you and me.

You maintain full authority over the final certification. I deliver the native, completed .hero source files to your firm. Your accredited assessors conduct the final review, apply your firm's stamp, and issue the NatHERS certificates using your firm's accreditation tools.

For standard single dwellings, initial geometry and preliminary modeling are typically turned around within 24–48 hours of receiving clean plans. Multi-dwelling and unit turnarounds are scheduled based on unit count and queued immediately upon receipt.

Because this gig operates on a time-based retainer (30 hrs/week), design revisions requested by the architect simply get queued into your active weekly hours. There are no "extra revision fees"—the time spent updating the model is simply logged against your monthly hours.

Retainer packages guarantee reserved capacity on my calendar. Subscriptions can be canceled prior to the start of the next 30-day billing cycle through Fiverr. However, active 30-day milestones currently in progress are non-refundable once work has commenced.
