FAQ
What is your revision policy?
I understand I receive one free revision with each order. The revision policy is 50 words for projects of 200 words or less or up to 20% of the script with larger projects due to script changes, requests for change of intonation, etc. Errors made by me are completed until they are correct.
Do you split files?
Yes! Just $1 per split file.
What are commercial and broadcasting rights? Do I need them?
COMMERCIAL - Internal use for you business (e.g. internal staff training, etc), website, organic social media BROADCAST - Paid advertising on TV, radio, social media, etc. Limited run duration
What is script proofreading? Do I need it?
English as a second language? I can look over your script for an extra fee and revise it for fluent, grammatical English before I record to make sure it sounds correct. If you are concerned your script doesn't read well to an English-speaking audience, I would recommend this.
What is time-sync?
You supply a video and/or timing need. I will provide voice within the appropriate timeline for your project. This is NOT dubbing (watch a movie and voice over a character). At this time I don't provide video rendering.
Can you add background music?
YES!!! I will even fade in/out on request. Let me know what general sound you are envisioning and I will find it. I use stock and royalty-free music, mix. and master. I cannot use copy-written music.
Can you add sound effects?
Yes! Up to 3 for $5 each.
When can I expect delivery?
I generally record in the afternoon on weekdays and as soon as possible on the weekends. I live on the pacific coast of the US.
Do you offer fast delivery?
Yes! By request only (via chat) and as long as I can make it happen. It will be an extra fee of $15.
What time zone are you in?
Pacific time zone in the USA. UTC/GMT -8
