I will configure and optimize your existing Windows VPS or Windows Server for secure RDP access, stable performance and reliable remote work.

You must provide an active VPS, administrator access and any required licenses. VPS hosting, Windows licenses and ongoing server management are not included.

Do I need to provide my own VPS server?
Yes. You need an active Windows VPS or Windows Server. VPS hosting and Windows licenses are not included. Administrator access or an arranged remote session will be required to perform the setup.
Can you help me choose the right VPS provider?
Yes. Tell me your intended use, required applications, number of users and budget. I can help you identify suitable VPS specifications and discuss appropriate provider options before ordering.
Is this service secure?
I apply practical security measures including Windows updates, firewall configuration, account protection and restricted RDP access. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, I follow established Windows security best practices.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Package revisions cover issues related to the configuration I performed. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance or unrelated technical support are not included, but I can provide these as a separate service if needed.
What do you need from me to start?
I need the VPS IP address, Windows version, intended use, required applications and number of users. For remote access, please provide temporary administrator credentials or arrange a remote session. Never send credentials outside the Fiverr order page.
Can you configure multiple simultaneous RDP sessions?
Yes, when supported by your Windows version and Microsoft licensing. Multiple concurrent users may require Windows Server and valid RDS licenses. Contact me before ordering so I can confirm the correct setup for your needs.
What happens if the setup requires more time?
If the work exceeds the hours included in your package, I will explain what additional work is needed and ask for your approval before continuing. Extra work can be purchased through the Additional Hours option at $30/hour. No extra charges without your approval.
