Do you design both custom printable planners and digital planners?
Yes, I do. Please message me first to talk about the details of your project. So I can give you the best quote and turnaround time.
Do you design covers?
Yes, I do. Please message me about your cover design details.
Do you provide source files?
Yes, I do. I mostly work on Adobe Indesign for both printables and digital planners. When you pick the premium package you'll get a source package of the design. If you have a custom project and want to add a source file too just message me so I can send you an offer.
Do you design any number of custom pages design?
Yes, I do. The packages on this gig page are for general purposes. If you have more detail projects that need more or less unique pages with different service needs, you can just message me so we can discuss the details!
How long the revisions will be validated?
The premium package has unlimited revisions and the other packages have limited revisions until the delivery acceptance. After accepting the delivery, no revision will be available. But my customers can always message me if they need help with minor changes. I'm always happy to help.
Can you design planners and journals with different languages?
Yes, I do. You can send your projects both English and other language content together. If you need the same design with different language files, please message me first so I can give you a good quote and turnaround time. The packages are for only one language option.
What kind of design programs do you use?
I use Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator the most. Some of my customers don't have access to these programs and they are comfortable with Canva. So I design the project and then prepare a template for them on Canva if it is necessary.
Do I need to provide content for my project?
Yes, I need your finalized content in a page order. It should be a Word document or PDF. I don't create content but I always share my ideas to improve the design.
Do you provide commercial rights as well?
Yes, I do. You can pick commercial rights option from the extras section or you can message me to get a custom order with a discount!
What is an extra page?
An extra page design is anything on a page that is different than your project page files. Even if the layout is the same, if there is a different text, title, quote etc. it will be considered as an extra page. If your project has many extra pages, message me first so I can give you a good discount.
