How do you diagnose the issue before starting?
I review the error logs, codebase structure, and any screenshots or videos you share before accepting the order. I do not take a project I cannot fix. If the issue is outside the scope of what I can resolve, I tell you before you pay and suggest the right approach.
What information do I need to provide?
The more detail the better - error messages, screenshots of the crash, your React Native or Flutter version, and access to the codebase via GitHub or a zip file. The faster you can share these, the faster the fix. Message me before ordering and I will tell you exactly what I need.
Do you fix Expo apps as well as React Native CLI?
Yes. Both Expo managed workflow and bare React Native CLI. I also handle Expo SDK upgrades, EAS build failures, and Expo Go compatibility issues. If you are not sure which setup you have, share your package.json and I will identify it immediately.
What if the bug comes back after you fix it?
If the same bug returns after delivery within 7 days, I fix it at no additional cost. I fix root causes, not symptoms. If a new issue appears that was not part of the original scope, we handle it as a new order or I can quote it as an add-on.
Can you fix my app if it was built by someone else?
Yes. Most of my rescue work is on codebases built by other developers. I review the code objectively and fix what is broken without judging the original developer. Share the repo or zip and I will give you an honest assessment before you order.
