FAQ
Is this gig for an existing WordPress website?
Yes. These packages cover redesigning existing WordPress websites with Elementor. For a new website, another platform or a complex rebuild, message me before ordering so I can recommend the appropriate service.
What do you need to start the redesign?
Please provide your website URL, the pages to redesign, logo, design references and suitable WordPress access. Basic reuses existing content. Standard and Premium also include uploading replacement text and images supplied by you.
Will my website stay live during the redesign?
Where your hosting supports it, I can work on a staging copy or draft pages. I arrange the launch with you and take a backup where access allows. Zero downtime cannot be guaranteed.
Will the redesign preserve my SEO rankings?
Rankings cannot be guaranteed. Standard and Premium include basic checks of existing URLs, headings and available SEO metadata. I aim to retain important content and URLs. URL changes and any necessary redirects must be agreed before work starts.
Are Elementor Pro and paid plugin licenses included?
No premium licenses are included. If your agreed design requires Elementor Pro or another paid plugin, you must provide a valid license. I can discuss suitable free alternatives before the order starts.
Can I edit my website after delivery?
Yes. You can edit the redesigned Elementor pages. Premium includes a short editing walkthrough; Basic and Standard buyers can request a separate quote for one. Custom code and third-party features may require specialist assistance.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the agreed design and page scope. Basic includes 2 rounds, Standard 3 and Premium 4. Additional pages, functionality or a new design direction require a separate quote.
Do you provide content, images, logos or hosting?
Basic reuses your existing content. Standard and Premium also include uploading your supplied text and images. Copywriting, logo design, premium images, domain registration and hosting fees are not included.
Are ecommerce, booking systems or memberships included?
No. Stores, payment setup, booking systems, memberships, custom coding and complex integrations need a separate scope and quote. Tell me before ordering if your existing website contains features that must remain working.
Will the redesign improve my website’s speed?
Premium includes basic performance cleanup where access and compatibility allow. Results depend on hosting, plugins, content and third-party services. A particular loading time or PageSpeed score cannot be guaranteed.

Muaaz, is a master of his craft. He assured us that he would bring our new website to life, and he did. His methods in communication are exceptional, and it felt like we were working nearly side by side during this project. Thank you, Muaaz, and we hope to work with you again very soon!

I love the website! His response time is very good most of the time under an hour if not immediately. Paid very close attention to details I asked for and even completed the full order two days before the promised delivery date. Will definitely inquire with him again whenever I’m ready to upgrade my website. Thank you very much!
