What should I prepare before ordering?
You must provide your existing logo file (in AI / PSD file or high resolution PNG transparent background). And let us know how you want the animation to be. If you request custom animation that needs a different pose of your logo and an additional custom background, it will be extra charges
What if I don't have any logo? Can you create me a logo on this gigs too?
Sure, I can create you a logo in a separated order. So, please kindly place your order to other gigs first. Once you have a logo, you can directly order this animation gigs :) Or you can let us know through inbox and we will send you a separated offer for the logo.
Do you create a customized graphic (drawing) or background? Can you create me a 3D animation?
We create only in 2D animation style. And if you need additional custom drawing for the different poses of your logo mascot or for the background, there will be extra costs needed. Please message us before ordering, so we can send you a separated offer for the additional customized graphic/ drawing
Does this price include the PSD file/ AEP/ source file?
Not with the delivery but if you need it, we will provide it but that will cost extra. You just tell us that before place order.
How long is the duration? What if I need longer?
The normal duration is 5-10 seconds only. If you need it longer and additional more complex animation, it will require additional cost.
What if I'm not happy with the delivery?
You can have unlimited number of changes, till you're satisfied & accept the order. But, it doesn't cover a change of your initial concept/rework the whole thing in the middle of the process. If you are still not happy, we'll give your m0ney back! Tell us EVERYTHING you wish to be improved.
