What information do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide all of the information that you want to have included. The most effective email campaigns and sales letters are rooted in specific information that's directly linked to your brand, project, or pitch. It works best if you create an outline for me - no full sentences required.
Do you do custom offers? I need a different quantity.
Definitely! Simply send me a message and I'll create a custom offer. I just need to know your preferred email copy length and the number of emails in your sequence. Need a second opinion or email campaign planning advice? I'm happy to help!
What's the cost for rush delivery? I need it sooner.
My standard delivery for all packages and projects is 7 days, and that timeline starts when I receive all the information needed to complete the task. 2-day rush delivery adds 50% of the package price.
Does this include competitor research?
It's available as an add-on! I can also help you establish or refine your brand identity with marketing recommendations, including a SWOT analysis of up to two competitors. (You can provide those links, or I'll look for my own!)
Could I use this for a printed sales letter or flyer?

Do you offer revisions?
All creative change requests, new/updated/additional information, or changed instructions must be approved by me with a revision fee. 1 round of revision ($15) covers up to 15 minutes of changes. I can help you quote how much revision time your change request will need.
