Send your website URL, hosting provider, PHP version if known, and screenshots or details of any security warning. I will review the issue and confirm the scope before you order. Do not send passwords in your initial message.
Will you update PHP on my WordPress website?
The Premium package includes a PHP update where hosting access and compatibility permit. I check WordPress, theme and plugin compatibility first. Managed hosting restrictions or major compatibility changes may require additional work.
What does WordPress security hardening include?
Depending on your setup, agreed work may include safer configuration, permissions review, reducing unnecessary exposure and compatible security updates. I confirm specific changes after assessment. Paid tools and ongoing monitoring are not included.
Do you back up and test the website?
Before changes, we confirm a recent restorable files and database backup and recovery plan. I test agreed key pages and functions after the work. Staging is used where available; hosting restrictions may affect recovery options.
Does this include hacked site or malware cleanup?
Malware removal, blacklist recovery and major incident recovery are not included in the listed packages. Message me first if your site is hacked so I can assess the scope and provide a separate quote.
Can you guarantee my website will never be hacked?
No service can guarantee permanent protection. I address the agreed issues and explain remaining risks. Keeping WordPress, PHP, plugins and themes updated, using secure access and maintaining backups are ongoing responsibilities.
