I will design battery management system bms using active and passive balancing

The Project includes

• 20-Cell BMS Circuit Design: Custom circuitry for Li-ion, LiPo, LiFePO4, or other battery chemistries.
• Cell Balancing Circuit: Active or passive cell balancing to ensure uniform charge/discharge across all 20 cells, maximizing battery life and performance.
• Current Sensing Circuit: High-precision current measurement using shunt resistors or Hall-effect sensors for accurate state-of-charge (SOC) estimation and over-current protection.
• Temperature Sensing Circuit: Integrated NTC/PTC thermistors or digital temperature sensors for real-time thermal monitoring and protection.
• Voltage Monitoring: Individual cell voltage monitoring with high accuracy to prevent over-voltage and under-voltage conditions.
• Protection Circuitry: Comprehensive protection features, including over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, and over/under-voltage protection.
• Communication Interfaces: CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, or other protocols for seamless integration with your system.
• PCB Design: Compact, efficient, and manufacturable PCB layouts optimized for your 20-cell BMS.
• Firmware Development: Custom firmware for microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ARM, PIC) to manage BMS functionality.
