I will design custom esc and flight controller for drones based on pixhwak or skybrush

1. Flight Controller Board (STM32H743)

MCU: STM32H743VIT6 (480 MHz, double-precision FPU, 1 MB RAM). Handles complex EKF filters, obstacle avoidance, and optical flow without CPU saturation.

Key design features:

• Dedicated power isolation for MCU
• TVS diodes on all input rails
• 1.5A 3.3V LDO for external peripherals

I/O: 68 UARTs, I2C breakout, CAN bus, PWM outputs for servos/gimbals, JST-SH connector for 4in1 ESC.

2. 4in1 ESC Board (AM32-Ready)

Four independent ESC channels on a single PCB. Each channel uses:

• GD32 MCU (available, reliable alternative to STM32)
• FD6288Q gate driver (built-in dead-time insertion, high noise immunity)

Firmware: Fully supports AM32 (open source, bi-directional DShot, active braking). Traces are optimized to minimize inductance between FETs and motor phases.

Power: 4S to 8S LiPo. Continuous current determined by your chosen MOSFETs (I will advise based on your motors).

3. Sensor Board (GPS, Telemetry, IMU)

Telemetry & Edge Compute: ESP32-S2-MINI-2U-N4R2. Offloads MAVLink routing and sensor pre-processing from the main STM32.

GNSS (RTK): ZED-F9P-05B (u-blox). Multi-band RTK GNSS with centimeter-level accuracy (0.01m). Supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou
