What tools does this system actually run on?
The core stack is Claude Code (personalization and workflow orchestration), Python, Brevo (SMTP sending), and Airtable or Google sheets for lead database. I'll walk you through everything during handover and document it all so your team can manage it independently.
I'm not in a marketing agency. Can you still build this for me?
Yes. The system works for SaaS growth teams, e-commerce ops, and any B2B business that does outbound. The setup is the same what changes is the ICP targeting and template language.
Can you integrate this with my existing CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)?
Yes, CRM integration is possible. It's not included in the base tiers but can be added as custom add-on message me before ordering and I'll scope it for you.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard? I already have leads.
Then Basic is your starting point. Basic assumes you're bringing your own lead list it handles the outreach, personalization, and deliverability. Standard adds the scraping and enrichment layer if you need leads built from scratch or cleaned up.
Can you guarantee reply rates or booked meetings?
No one can guarantee that honestly it depends on your offer, your ICP, and your leads quality. What I can guarantee is a properly built system with working deliverability, AI personalization, and follow-up logic that gives you the best structural chance at replies.
