I will do bioinformatics analysis and simulations

Hi! I'm Muhammad Ali Taqi and I hold a M. Phil degree in Biotechnology from Government College University Faisalabad. My thesis work was based on both bioinformatics and biotechnology. Also, I have taken many courses of bioinformatics. My passion is drug designing. I am expert in many tools and softwares of bioinformatics. I am expert in molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations and energy calculations using GROMACS. MM/PBSA and Gibbs free energy calculations can be done along with many other softwares and tools related to bioinformatics. Currently, I perform my duties in University of Mianwali, Pakistan as a Visiting Lecturer in biotechnology. I also teach bioinformatics to students both theory and practical.
