Are the bots profitable?
Profitability depends on the strategy, not the bot itself
Is the trading bot guaranteed to be profitable?
A bot is a tool for automation, not a guarantee of profit. The bot's success is entirely dependent on the strength and logic of the trading strategy you provide. My role is to translate your strategy into clean, efficient, and reliable code that executes your trades precisely as you intend, 24/7.
Is it safe? Will you need my password?
Yes, it's 100% safe. I will NEVER ask for your password. The bot uses secure API keys that you create with withdrawal permissions disabled. This means the bot can trade for you, but can never access or move your funds.
What do I need to run the bot?
The bot needs to run on an always-on computer. You can use your own PC, but for 24/7 trading, a Virtual Private Server (VPS) is highly recommended. I will provide a simple guide to help you get set up with either option.
Do I need to provide the trading strategy?
Yes. You must provide the exact rules for your bot (e.g., when to buy and sell). My role is to be your developer and code your vision into a working product. I do not provide or create trading strategies for clients.
What support is included after delivery?
I provide full support for the initial setup and will fix any bugs found in the original code. Support does not include adding new features or changing the strategy logic later. These services would require a new order.
