I will build a private ai platform with chat workspace and API access

About this gig
Give your company its own AI workspace and product API, with greater control over data and recurring costs.
I build private AI platforms using self-hosted models, reducing reliance on external LLM providers and avoiding their per-request inference charges. Core AI processing stays within your chosen environment; hardware and hosting costs still apply.
Built with a branded frontend, Laravel backend and Ollama:
BASIC: 4B model, welcome page, signup/login, chat workspace and logout.
STANDARD: 8B model, chat history, access-pending page, API key generation/revocation, admin user activation and common usage limits.
PREMIUM: Standard plus company-document RAG, separate chat/API permissions and configurable per-user message limits.
Standard and Premium quotas reset on each user's 24-hour cycle. Basic and Standard include company identity; Premium adds detailed company knowledge.
My portfolio includes Zee.GPT, an internal company AI platform.
All packages include source code, testing and local setup documentation. Production deployment is separately priced.
Message me to discuss your company's needs, product integrations and hardware.

FAQ
What will I receive?
You will receive the frontend and backend source code, the features included in your package, configuration examples, setup documentation and a working demonstration in an agreed local environment.
Is production deployment included?
Packages cover development and local delivery. Production deployment and server configuration are available as additional services, quoted for your environment. Hosting, hardware and infrastructure costs are paid directly by you.
Can my company products use the platform through an API?
Yes. Standard and Premium include an API workspace, API key generation and revocation, and an authenticated AI endpoint with usage documentation. Modifying your existing products to connect to this API is separately scoped.
Will the AI know about my company?
Basic and Standard configure the AI with your company name and identity, without detailed company knowledge. Premium adds RAG so the AI can retrieve relevant information from your supplied documents. Document formats, volume and update requirements are agreed before ordering.
How do user permissions differ between packages?
Basic has no admin dashboard. Standard lets an administrator activate or deactivate users, with active users accessing both chat and API workspaces. Premium adds separate chat and API permissions for each user.
How do message limits reset?
Standard applies the same quota setting to all users. Premium lets the administrator set individual user quotas. Each user's first counted request starts a 24-hour cycle. Once that cycle expires, their next request starts a new cycle with a fresh quota. Limits are enforced by the backend.
Which models and hardware are required?
Basic uses a 4B model through Ollama; Standard and Premium use an 8B model. The specific model is agreed before development. Hardware requirements depend on the model, context length and expected users. Please share your specifications before ordering so we can assess suitability.
Is this a self-hosted platform or an external AI subscription?
The platform runs an existing language model through Ollama, without requiring an external LLM API for responses. Premium document retrieval is also designed to run within your environment. Production privacy depends on the agreed infrastructure, access controls and any additional integrations.
Does this include model training or fine-tuning?
No. Packages integrate an existing language model. Premium uses RAG to retrieve company information at response time; it does not train or fine-tune the model.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed features and design. Additional pages, integrations, workflows or changes to the approved scope are quoted separately.
