FAQ
Do I need to provide a 3D model?
Yes, one per product: GLB or GLTF is best, FBX or OBJ also work. I optimize it for the web as part of every package. If you only have photos, a 3D modeler needs to create the model first; then I set it up and make it configurable.
What's the difference between the viewer and the configurator?
The viewer (Basic) shows one product in 3D with a few color swatches. The configurator (Standard) lets shoppers swap parts, materials and fabrics and see the price update live. Premium adds option rules, an admin panel, share links and cart or quote hand-off.
Will it work on my Shopify, WordPress or custom site?
Yes. I deliver it as embed code that works on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow and most site builders, or as components inside your React or Next.js app. Tell me your platform in the requirements and I'll build for it.
Will it slow down my site or lag on phones?
I compress meshes and textures, load the 3D only when it's needed, and test on desktop and mobile before delivery. A very heavy CAD or scan model may need the optimization extra.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every package includes the full source code and setup notes. You own it after delivery, with no license fees or lock-in from my side.
