I work with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and WooCommerce sellers. I'm comfortable pulling data from platform payout reports and reconciling them against your bank and payment processor accounts (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).
What if my books are already a mess or months behind?
No problem — clean-up and catch-up work is something I regularly handle. Send me your current state and transaction volume, and I'll tell you honestly how long it'll take and which package fits.
Do you track cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory?
Yes. For eCommerce specifically, I make sure COGS is tracked properly against sales instead of just logged as a generic expense, so your P&L actually reflects your real margins.
Which accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Wave, and Zoho Books. I'm a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, so if you're not currently using any of these, I can help you get set up as part of the order.
What do I need to provide to get started?
