I work with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and Excel. If you use a different platform, let me know before ordering and I'll confirm I can support it.
Do I need to give you access to my bank account?
No direct bank login is needed. You can share statements (CSV/PDF) or connect via read-only bank feeds in QBO/Xero — whatever you're comfortable with.
Can you handle multiple payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)?
Yes — I regularly reconcile transactions across multiple platforms and consolidate them into a single clean report.
I have backlogged/messy books. Can you clean them up first?
Yes, catch-up bookkeeping is available as a custom offer — please message me with the number of months and rough transaction volume so I can quote accurately.
Will my data be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All financial data is handled confidentially and used only for the scope of the project.
