Will I get support after delivery ?
Yes. Lifetime support. I will support you as long as I am alive and fit (physically and mentally ) to work.
Is there any maintenance charge ?
No, for first 1 months. After completion of the software,you would get 1 month full free support. During this period, if you find any bug, I would love to solve that without any fees. After 1 month, If you would like to sign up a maintenace contract, I would do that for a low maintenance fees.
What are the requirements to run the needed web based software ?
You will need to buy a domain and windows hosting with at least one MSSQL Database.
