Can you scrape any website?
Most public websites, yes. I check every site first and tell you upfront if it needs a browser, has strong bot protection or caps how much it shows. Logins you don't own and social networks are out.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Send the link and the fields you need, and I'll send 50 real rows free so you can check the format and quality.
What should I send you?
The website link, the fields (columns) you want, any filters (category, city, price range) and, if you have one, an example of the output you like.
Can I get the scraper so I can run it again later?
Yes. Add the “Source code” extra and you’ll get the Python script with simple instructions for running it. Websites change their layout over time, so the script may stop working later. Fixes after delivery aren’t included, but I’m happy to update it as a new order.
What is the quality report?
A short summary of how complete your data is: rows collected vs the site's own count, duplicates removed, missing values and anything I couldn't collect, with the reason.
Which formats can I get?
Excel or CSV by default. JSON or an SQLite database on request, at no extra cost.
Do I get the code?
Standard and Premium include the Python source code with run instructions. For Basic it's an extra.
Can you collect the same data again every day or week?
Yes, that's my price and listing tracking gig: I run the collection for you over days or weeks and send the full history plus a change report.
Do you collect personal data like emails or phones?
Public business listings (company or agent contact details a site publishes) are fine. Private individuals' personal data is not. You're responsible for how you use the data.
How fast is delivery?
Basic is 1 day. The clock starts when you answer the order questions, so send the link and fields right away.
