FAQ
What files should I send?
Send your Excel, CSV or Google Sheets data, a description of the columns and KPIs, your preferred output, and the deadline. Please anonymize personal information.
Can you clean messy Excel data?
Yes. I can correct formatting, duplicates, missing values, inconsistent labels, formula errors and data types while documenting important changes.
Will the dashboard be interactive?
Yes, when included in the package. I can add filters, slicers, pivot charts and clearly labeled KPIs so users can explore the results.
Will the dashboard be refreshable?
When the data structure allows it, I can use Excel tables, formulas, PivotTables and Power Query so the dashboard can be refreshed with updated data.
What deliverables will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive the cleaned workbook, analysis sheets, formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboard and a concise insight summary.
Can you work with large datasets?
Yes, subject to file size, row count, complexity and the required calculations. Please message me first so I can confirm the appropriate package and delivery time.
Can you recommend suitable KPIs and charts?
Yes. I can recommend KPIs, summaries and chart types after reviewing your objectives, audience, data structure and reporting needs.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers corrections or reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. New datasets, KPIs, dashboard pages or analysis requirements may need a custom offer.
How do you protect confidential data?
I use files only for the agreed Fiverr order. Please remove names, emails, account numbers and other direct identifiers before uploading whenever possible.
What projects are not accepted?
I do not complete exams or assessed work that must represent a buyer's independent effort. I provide ethical analysis, explanation and approved professional support.
