If Amazon settlements, Shopify payouts or Etsy sales do not reconcile in QuickBooks Online, I can help set up, review or fix the workflow so sales, fees, refunds, taxes and payouts are mapped properly.

Can you connect Amazon, Shopify or Etsy to QuickBooks using A2X?
Yes. I can help configure A2X with QuickBooks Online for Amazon, Shopify and Etsy depending on your current accounting setup and sales-channel requirements.
What if A2X is already connected but my numbers do not reconcile?
That is one of the situations this Gig is designed for. I can review the existing setup, mappings and payout/settlement workflow to identify where accounting corrections may be required.
Can you fix incorrect A2X mappings?
Yes. I can review mappings for items such as sales, fees, refunds and taxes and make appropriate corrections within the agreed project scope.
Can you work with an existing QuickBooks Online account?
Yes. I can work with an existing QBO account as well as a new setup. Existing books may require an initial review before the final scope is confirmed.
What if my QuickBooks books are already messy?
Please message me before ordering. Cleanup requirements vary substantially, so I will first identify whether the issue is limited to A2X or involves broader historical bookkeeping.
Do you reconcile Amazon settlements and Shopify payouts?
Yes. Reconciliation is an important part of the Standard and Premium positioning and can include reviewing how marketplace activity connects to deposits and QuickBooks records.
Can you handle multiple sales channels?
Yes. The Premium package is designed for businesses with multiple sales channels. Please message me if you operate more than two channels or stores.
How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online ?
Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite".
What information do you need before starting?
Your sales channel(s), number of stores, QuickBooks status, A2X status, accounting period involved and a short explanation of the problem you want solved.
Do you provide ongoing bookkeeping?
Yes. If ongoing bookkeeping is appropriate after the initial setup or reconciliation project, we can discuss a separate monthly scope.
