What file formats will I get?
I can provide you almost any file format you need e.g. STEP/IGES file for manufacturing and STL for 3D printing. Please contact me regarding your requirements so I can further assist you.
Can you design any complex models?
Of course. I can help you in any type of 3d design based on your requirements.
Do you provide 2D technical drawings?
Yes. I can provide 2D engineering and technical drawings that can be used by manufacturer. Mostly these are in PDF and DWG format. I can also provide bill of materials (BOM ) if you need.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreement?
Sure. Confidentiality and buyer satisfaction is my first priority. You can send me a non disclosure and I will sign it and return to you.
What if i am not satisfied with final output?
As an experienced seller , I am pretty much sure that you will be satisfied with my designs. I will further provide you revisions that you need. If still you are not satisfied I will give you full refund.
What I need engineering analysis?
Sometimes, we may have to perform analysis on our design to analyze the performance and strength of our model. With the results, we can conclude many types of predictions and estimations.
Which package should I choose?
You can contact me with your design details and I will gladly assist you. For intermediate complexity models , STANDARD package is recommended and for complex designs, PREMIUM will be preferred.
