About this gig

Stripe integrations usually break in one of two ways: the webhook is not verified, or it is not idempotent, and a retried event quietly charges or upgrades someone twice.


I wire it up so Stripe is the source of truth for money and your database is a faithful mirror of it. Signature verification, idempotency keys, replayed events, the customer portal, and the awkward states nobody tests: card declined on renewal, plan changed mid-cycle, subscription cancelled and then reactivated.


The integration goes into your own Stripe account. You keep the keys, the payouts and the customer relationship. At handover I walk you through it in test mode, so you can watch a subscription get created, upgraded and cancelled before a real card ever touches it.


I do not integrate interest-bearing instalment or buy-now-pay-later products. If that is what you need, I am not the right person for that part of the job.
