FAQ
Which documents can I use?
Text-based PDFs, DOCX and TXT files are supported. Page limits apply to the combined total. Please send a sample first; scanned pages, handwriting, images and complex tables may require extra work.
Are API usage and hosting included?
No. The package covers development and handover. You pay your chosen AI provider, hosting and any paid services directly. I will explain the setup and help you choose an appropriate option.
Can I add new documents later?
Standard and Premium include a simple upload feature within the agreed document and page limits. Basic uses the single PDF supplied at the start. More files, larger libraries and advanced permissions can be quoted separately.
Will every answer be correct?
The assistant retrieves relevant document content and provides source references, but AI can still make mistakes. I test sample questions and add a fallback when an answer is not supported. Important answers should be checked.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover changes to the agreed design, prompts and document-answering behavior. Premium unlimited revisions apply to that original scope during the order. New features, extra documents and ongoing maintenance are separate.
