Turn typed PDF invoices into a clean spreadsheet you can sort, filter and review.
I extract header details into both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV, with one row per document. I check delivered fields against the source PDFs and flag missing or unclear values instead of guessing.
Included when shown on the source:
- Supplier name
- Invoice number and date
- Subtotal, tax and total
- Currency
Choose a batch of 3, 15 or 40. Each package covers English, typed PDFs with selectable text, one page per document and one consistent layout. One revision covers corrections to the agreed extraction and formatting.

Scans, photos, handwriting, line items, multiple layouts, accounting integrations and reusable software are outside these packages.
The gallery shows fictional demonstration work. Identifiers are stored as text in Excel. For CSV, import identifier columns as Text to preserve leading zeros.

What files can you process?
English, typed PDF invoices with selectable text. Each invoice must be one page and the batch must use one consistent layout. Please send a redacted sample on Fiverr before ordering.
What will I receive?
Both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files, with one row per invoice. Fields: supplier, invoice number, invoice date, subtotal, tax, total and currency when present. These packages deliver converted files, not reusable software.
Do you accept scans, images or handwritten invoices?
These packages cover text-based PDFs only. Scanned PDFs, photos, handwriting and line-item extraction are not included. I will confirm compatibility from your redacted sample before you order.
What happens if a field is missing or unclear?
I leave it blank and identify it in the delivery notes. An explicit zero stays zero. I compare delivered values against the source and ask about ambiguous information rather than inventing it.
What does one revision include?
Corrections to extracted values or spreadsheet formatting within the original document count, layout and agreed columns. New documents, additional fields or a different layout require a separately agreed scope.
Can you preserve leading zeros in invoice numbers?
Yes. Invoice numbers are stored as text in Excel. When opening CSV, import that column as Text; opening a CSV directly may cause spreadsheet software to remove leading zeros.
